We are a group of individuals of varying age groups and ability levels who appreciate the beauty of human movement and the challenge of exercise. If you are someone who can relate, we would love to have you come in and see for yourself how things work. 

You will find no weight machines and no standard "cardio" machines. Only wide open space where you can move your body the way nature intended it to move.  A real fitness center is not a sea of equipment; but instead, a place where individuals can learn and practice efficient movement regardless of the chosen activity.

Our Professionals are biomechanical experts who have extensive experience and knowledge in the science of human movement.  Expect bodyweight exercises if you are new to our facility as they are the foundation of our programming.  Only after bodyweight, foundational movements are mastered will intensity come into play. 

The pictures and videos you see on this site can be intimidating, but know that these individuals all started in the same place...bodyweight exercises and fundamental movement patterns. Our clients ability to perform the exercises and movements you see on this sight are merely testimonials of our success as trainers.

Big egos need not apply in our facility! If you really want to know what it feels like to be fit, this is the place to go.  Don't be fooled by flashy machines and large globo style gyms.  These places are not where you achieve elite levels of fitness.  Give us a month and I can promise you we will change your life!
