(We like to think it's the great coaching, but really, so much comes from the support our members give ech other. After all, if you want to be successful, you're best off hanging out with other successful people.)

Our Gym is powered by CrossFit, a strength and conditioning program that has literally turned the fitness industry completely upside down with its methodologies. And rightfully so, people are finally seeing serious results and are able to do things they never thought possible.
CrossFit is unique in its ability to deliver significant positive change in anyone who pursues it, but CrossFit is definitely not for everyone. CrossFit is based on the idea that significant results requires significant effort and we make no bones about it at our gym. You can be massively successful and really make huge changes, but you have to be the type of person who is willing to put in the effort. Let me clarify this point. If you are the type of person who likes a challenge, who loves to learn new things, is not afraid to sweat and loves being around people who truly care about each other, we would be a great fit for you.
Everyone in our gym is an athlete. You do not have to play a sport to hold this title. If you have ever run out to your car in the rain, carried something heavy for any distance, or spend your days chasing kids, you are our definition of an athlete.
You do not need to be in great shape to be part of our program. In fact, if you are a beginner, you are the person who will see the most significant results in the shortest amount of time. Our greatest success stories come from the athletes who were the least fit when they started. It is your effort that is applauded the loudest, not your final score. Turns out, CrossFit can be a scary endeavor for most people, especially if you have never tried it before. Maybe you have seen the CrossFit Games on ESPN2 or maybe you've watched some videos of CrossFitters on You Tube. Whatever it may be, you have made it this far and probably already know the benefits of CrossFit and its amazing ability to literally transform your life.
How would you feel if I told you we have the perfect class for you to take off the edge? No fear, No expectations, just the CrossFit basics. If you have thought about CrossFit but have been hesitant to try, this is the perfect way for you to start. We are not like most places. We do not want to throw you into the mix right away and leave you wondering what it is that you need to do. We designed this program to give you lots of instruction and lots of time to really grasp what it takes to be a good CrossFitter. We want you to learn the true inner workings of the CrossFit method and the exercises that make this program so successful. You wont believe the way you feel once you experience the results!
In CrossFit 101 we will teach you every exercise that makes this program work. Each and every exercise has a progression and your coaches will teach the movements by breaking them down into simple, smaller movements. Your COACH knows every piece and every detail of every CrossFit movement and can teach anyone willing to try. The big question isare you willing to try? If you are, you will wonder why you did not do this earlier.
You will not have to worry about lifting heavy weights in CrossFit 101. Although some people may be prepared to handle weight, everyone starts with a broomstick. You will learn all the weightlifting movements with a wooden dowel in the beginning and progressively add weight as your ability level increases. Your coach will guide you through your progressions every step of the way and will always be with you for support and guidance.
There is no way around it, intensity is the cornerstone of CrossFits success. Without it, people would not be getting the insane results that are so common among CrossFitters. The key thing about intensity is that you are the one that chooses how high or how low you go. Let me explain. If you were to run a mile at low intensity you would go very slowly. Maybe even walk. If you were to do it at a high intensity, you would try to cover the distance as quickly as possible. When you do CrossFit, YOU pick the pace of your workout. The faster you go, the more intense the workout becomes and the more benefit you will receive. Not to worry though, especially early on, emphasis is always placed on exercise technique before speed or weight. We understand that progression is everything and you will be amazed at what you can do when you master these movements.
I hope after reading this, I have given you a good idea of what to expect in our CrossFit 101 class. This comprehensive starter program will prepare you for our regularly scheduled group workouts where you can continue to build your skills and improve your fitness to levels you never thought possible. All in the company of other like minded, hard working individuals who all started with a broomstick. You can't beat the support of the group!

CrossFit 101 Course
12 visits where you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. Upon graduation you will be elligible for our CrossFit Membership allowing participation in our group classes.
Private CrossFit instruction
Primarily for current athletes who want to bring their CrossFit performance to the next level. Also good for beginners who would feel more comfortable learning the basics in a one on one setting.
We are always looking for local business to partner up with. Here are a couple of businesses we are currently working with. If you know of a business that would be a good fit for our community, we would love to work out a mutually beneficial deal. Just let us know.
Thank You for your interest in our Gym. You have made it this far so you must mean business. There are two ways to become a member of our Gym...Sign up for and complete CrossFit 101 or Schedule a minimum of 1 private coaching session with one of our coaches. We say a minimum of 1 because if you are an avid CrossFitter already, we would love to meet you and get to know you better. If we feel like you would be a great fit for our team, we can fast track you to your membership.
Once you have completed one of the above requirements, you will be offered a spot on our roster. We are a very different kind of gym in the sense that not everyone can be a member and we know that we are definitely not for everyone. We want to keep growing our community of successful, motivated, compassionate people and our methods help to attract these very types of people. You can be assured that your membership will be much more than workout sessions. You will be a part of a powerful community of like mnded folks.
I am sure that if you are still reading this, you must feel like you would be a great asset to our community. Remember, you do not need to be "in shape" to do this. You can start at any level. If you are motivated, compassionate to others, and are willing to make a committment, we really want to have you on our team. We will work very hard with you to get you in the best shape of your life.
If you would like to visit with us before committing to CrossFit 101, please give us a call and we would be happy to set up a time with you to come in and see our gym. If after visiting with us you would like to get started, we can register you for CrossFiot 101 during your visit. If you feel like we would not be a good fit, we completely understand and we will part as friends.
As for pricing on our memberships, we are admittedly more expensive than other CrossFit Gyms. This is by design and we want you to know upfront. We are not an everyone Gym and you will know the difference if you spend time with us. Your success is number one for us as well as building an amazng community of great people. Our membership rates range between $120 and $170 per month.
One last thing, our gym is designed to accommodate 100 people and no more. When those spots are full, we will start a waiting list. We will always run our CrossFit 101 classes even if our membership roster is full because we want to continue to help others with there CrossFit journey. It will give you a great start on your path and we can even recommend another CrossFit Gym for you if our membership happens to be at capacity.
